Pete's Log: some new minor features

I put together a few quick hacks for Pete's Log: statistics on commenting, plus an rss feed for comments. Neither are terribly well implemented, but they do the trick. If I get really ambitious, perhaps I'll investigate a combined feed for entries and comments.
