I bought myself a new digital camera while in the US, a Canon PowerShot SD 870 IS. I like it. One of the features I was looking for was timelapse movies:

That's a ride on Tram 18 from Effnerplatz to Westendstraße, which included 28 out of the 34 stops on that tram line. I aborted early due to time constraints. The youtube quality doesn't do it justice, the AVI looks much better (but weighs in at 130 MB).
