Pete's Log: Happy Easter Eve!
Entry #1785, (Life in General)(posted when I was 36 years old.)
Jamie and I grilled again yesterday, making us 3 of 3 for the start of April, but we sadly did not get to 4 of 4. Still, a good start to grilling season.
This morning we headed downtown to watch Angela and Jocelyn run the Chitown half marathon. Jamie bought cowbells, and we got Annie to join us for a bit too. It was fun to cheer.
Last night I also started a firm starter from my barm. Today I made bread dough from it and the bread is currently proofing. Tomorrow I bake it. It smells good and I have been resisting tasting the dough. Can't wait to finally get to eat some.
Todd's BBQ at Mariano's is really good.
