Well, this is embarrassing.

The past couple dozen entries were all entered with UTC offset -500 instead of -600, because while I set up the ability to configure a default time zone for log entries, I never added any functionality to have the default time zone adjust for daylight savings time. Luckily it didn't take too long to go through those entries and correct them.

The good news is we're only a couple weeks away from -500 being the correct offset again.
