Pete's Log: Grilling

Jamie and I recently bought some Bachan's Japanese Barbecue Sauce at Costco and found we quite enjoy it.
We've been looking forward to a chance to marinade something with it, and today it arose. For dinner I marinaded some tofu in it and grilled it. It was excellent.
As sides we had grilled corn on the cob and a grilled mix of onion, mushroom, and goat cheese. Not a bad second grilling of the season.
We've got the driveway (at least the area inside the gate) about half full at this point.
