Our soccer group continues to evolve. Some of our latest members are old like us, but seemingly more in shape and just generally more “soccery”. Which is fine. It’s still a grand time. I managed zero goals tonight but several assists and lots of saves.
This evening we were looking at a 3v3 event and I told Jamie I probably wouldn’t be going to the oak afterwards, based on who was in. Then shortly before game time, Tobias committed and I told Jamie maybe I’d be having a beer after all. Which we did. Tobias was entertained when I told him that.
It’s fun knowing more and more Brookfielders.
