Pete's Log: Bubbles Update

Bubbles surprised as a couple weeks ago by joining us on our Saturday morning donut walk. We're never trying to force her on a walk, but we do try to give her opportunities to go on a stroll.
So today was the third Saturday in a row that she ventured out with us as we go get donuts. She's definitely still nervous about things, but it's reassuring to see her pushing her limits.
She also figured out how to open the baby gate we had to stop her from going upstairs. She seemed real proud of herself and made frequent use of her new skill. To her misfortune, I was able to tighten up the gate so that she can no longer open it. We'll see how long that lasts.
