Pete's Log: Descendants

JB has been really into Disney's Descendants: The Rise of Red of recent. We've watched it many times over the past few months. She knows the words to most of the songs and enthusiastically sings along.
The Rise of Red is actually the fourth installment in Disney's Descendants franchise. The concept is it's the children of Disney heroes and villains doing their thing, with lots of singing and dancing. This evening Jamie and I suggested we watch the first Descendants, since we've only been watching the one movie over and over so far. JB was open to the idea, and she enjoyed it.
Jamie and I agreed the songs in The Rise of Red are catchier. Both movies are just as silly as one expects of direct-to-Disney-Channel musicals.
