Pete's Log: Zombies 2

We watched Disney's Zombies 2 this evening. It was an entertaining diversion. I liked it better than the first Zombies movie. This time, in addition to humans and zombies, there were werewolves. JB had us pause the movie so she could put on her Halloween werewolf costume.
The movie was again an interesting study in color and saturation. The songs I felt were better than in the first movie, and I think most of my laughing occurred on occasions when I was actually supposed to laugh. I was particularly impressed they had the gumption to include a "dog ate my homework" joke in which the dog was one of the werewolves.
Do I recommend this movie to anyone who isn't the parent of someone into Disney Channel musicals? No. But we enjoyed watching it.
